Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
Generic Letter 82-05 requested that Licensees' response to the Generic Letter be submitted under oath in accordance with Section 50.54 (f) of the Commission's Regulations.
It has come to our attention that Philadelphia Electric Company's response, which was transmitted by two letters to you (letter dated April 15, 1982 from S.
L.
Daltroff and letter dated April 29, 1982 from J. W.
Gallagher), was inadvertently not submitted under oath.
To remedy this, there is enclosed a duly executed affidavit relating to the Company's response to Generic Letter 82-05.
