In accordance with present NRC procedures regarding Board Notifications, the enclosed nemorandum is being provided for your information as constituting new information relevant and material to quality assurance matters before i
you.
The enclosed letter of April 20, 1982 forwards to Consumers Power Company the report of Systenatic Assesstent of Licensee Performance (SALP) for the itidland Plant, Units 1 and 2, for the assessment period July 1,1980 to June 30,1901. Results of the assessnent were presented to Consumers Power Company at a meeting held April 26, 1982. Coments from Consumers Power Company are due within 20 days of the meeting date. We will continue to advise the Board of developments relevant to this assessnent or other inforna-d tion relevant and material to quality assurance matters before you.
