Leddick to B. H. Faulkenberry, same subject.
The referenced letter forwarded an interim report of the subject condi-tion and noted that a final report would be provided to your office by March 31, 1982.
Corrective action included the identification of all spools on site that had enhanced radiographic film. The affected spools were then re-radiographed. Due to a concern with radiographic technique, one of the affected spools received a third radiograph which was subsequently for-warded to AP&E, Compton, for review and acceptance. To date, results of the AP&E review have not been received. As a result, the final re-port will be provided by April 30, 1982.
