Confirmation of Action This letter confinns that those actions listed in your letter dated November 13, 1981 were taken, on or before the scheduled date, to resolve your findings concerning our emergency preparedness program.
All actions were completed on schedule with the exception of the revision to the Emergency Plan which was rescheduled and completed by March 1,1982. This schedule change had already been discussed with your office.
This conpletes our actions to resolve the findings from your appraisal of our emergency preparedness program.
