ERRATA TO 1981 ANNUAL RESULTS AND DATA REPORT POINT BEACil NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 It was recently brought to our attention that we inadvertently omitted from our 1981 Annual Results and Data Report for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, the information required by NUREG-0737, Item II.K.3.3, Reporting Relief Valve and Safety Valve Failures and Challenges.
This discrepancy was an oversight on our part and in response to your March 24, 1982 letter is corrected with the enclosed errata sheet.
