The Comission's Office of the Controller has been authorized to refund the Class III ($4,000) license amendment fee for Davis-Besse which was sent with your application dated fiovember 3,1981 for amendment of the Security Plan 4
for this facility. The refund will be sent to you within approximately two weeks.
The above refund has been authorized because the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (OliRR)) review staff has advised us that the changes are pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p that do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and, therefore, do not require 0:lRR approval.
