SUBJECT:
SEP TOPIC VI-4, CONTAINMENT ISOLATION SYSTEM (ELECTRICAL), MILLSTONE UNIT 1 As requested in a telephone conversation on April 1,1982 between your Mr. Bain and Mr. Persinko of the NRC staff, this letter confims that the electrical portion of SEP Topic VI-4 has been completed.
In achiev-ing completion, the staff has noted that the coments in your letter of August 12, 1981, did not provide any additional information on nor just-ification for the deviation noted.
The staff requires that containments be isolated on high radiation for the reason stated in the last paragraph of the evaluation section of our Safety Evaluation Report on Topic VI-4.
The evaluation was forwarded by Reference 1 to your August 12, 1981 letter.
