Consolidated Edison Conpany of New York, Incorporated, from Mr. D.
Thompson, Acting Director, Division of Field Operations, Office of
Inspection and Enforcement.
The area examined during this special inspection was the health physics
program. The inspection consicted of selective e - hations of pro-
cedures and reprocentative records, interviews with personnel, observa-
tions, and radiation ncasurcexnts by the inspectors.
