Valve Failures and Challenges Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Unit No.1 and Unit No. 2 We have reviewed your responses dated January 14 and December 22,1981 to the above TMI Action Plan item. You have committed to meeting the reporting requirements provided in our previous guidance including a report on relief valve (RV) and safety valve (SV) failures and challenges for the period 4/1/80 through 12/31/80.
Future reporting of RV and SV failures and challenges is included in Technical Specification 6.9.1.10 issued by License NPF-2 Amendment No. 26 dated March 1,1982 for Unit No.1.
Similar reporting was required during the licensing review for Unit No. 2 We consider this action complete.
