Areas Inspected: Facility organization, facility operation, measurement controls, shipper-receiver differences, storage and internal control limit of error verification, records and reports, and management of materials control.
The inspection involved 74 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors and was begun during the regular hours.
.Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements
-in the eight areas examined during the inspection except for the following one item:

Failure to control by record,16 tamper-safe seals issued for use so as to determine whether the seals were used, lost, or unused.
