Section 5.6.1.1, Annual Environmental Operating Report, we are submitting the enclosed report.

As noted in the Conclusions sections of each of the four quarterly reports, (pages 25A, 25B. 27C, 20D) no measurable releases from the plant, except tritium, were detected above the prescribed limits of detection.
