CLINCil RIVER BREEDER REACTOR PLANT, REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL IllFORMATION As a result of the safeguards review of the Clinch River Breeder Reactor Plant (CRBRP) PSAR, we believe that the regulations listed in the enclosure are applicable to your facility. At the operating license stage, you ir.ust describe in detail your compliance with the regulations applicable to your facility. At the construction pemit stage, however, you must identify the regulations that are applicable to your facility and state your intent to address at the operating license stage your compliance with these regulations. Therefore, we request that within two weeks of your receipt of this letter, you amend your application to provide the identification and statement of intent as described above.
