(Extending Time for Responses) t Counsel for Palmetto Alliance telephoned me yesterday to ask for an extension of time to file the responses now due on Marcn 26, 1982 concerning the spent fuel pool and operator qualifications. That date had been set on the seemingly reasonable assumption that our Order of March 5, 1982 would be received through the mail on or about March 8,1982. Mr.
Guild informed me that he did not receive his copy until March 15, 1982, l
and that a previously scheduled court appearance would also cut into his time to prepare responses.
The Board finds these circumstances to I
constitute good cause and is granting to all parties a five day extension j
to serve information and coments on the spent fuel pool and operator qu'alifications questions.
The time of all parties except the Staff to respond to those iteas is extended to March 31, 1982.
