Isotopic Analysis, Inc. of Tulsa, Oklahoma, submits the following information to be included with the application for renewal of Special Nuclear Materials License SNM-791, which was originally submitted on October 26, 1981. This additional information includes the duties and responsibilities of the Rudiation Safety Officer, and the frequency at which air samples are taken.
Section 7.
Operational and Radiation Control Procedures Radiation Safety Officer - Duties and Responsibilities The Radiation Safety Officer shall be responsible for all operations related to radiation safety, including but not limited to the following:
