Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-416 and 50-417 File 0270/07620 Revision to the GGNS Environmental Protection Plan AECM-82/70 NUREG-0777, " Final Environmental Statement Related to the operation of Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2," requires that a monitoring program to determine the possible environmental effects attributable to cooling tower drift be implemented as part of the Operational Environmental Protection Program. To meet this requirement a Cooling Tower Drif t Program has been developed and incorporated into the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Environmental Protection Program (EPP) (Section 4.2.2), a copy of which is enclosed for your review.
