This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked the Office of the Controller to bill your Company for the review of Topical Report lio.
CPC-2 entitled " Quality Assurance Program Description for Operational Nuclear Power Plants" which was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review on November 30, 1981. We understand that the ONRR staff completed the review of Topical Report No. CPC-2 on January 12, 1982.
Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $5,577 based on review time involving 143 professional staff hours at $39 per hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days. Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller. When making payment, please make reference to the Controller's invoice number.
