The consolidated application must incorporate all the infonaation contained in and referenced by the supplements listed in the certificate. The application should also address the areas identified in the enclosure to this letter.

Provide legial; copy of Drawing No. 0568-R-0001, Rev. J.

Provide the ?ormation required by 10 CFR 71, Subpart D.
See Regulatory Guiua 7.9 Sections 7 and 8 (copy enclosed).

30 foot top corner / oblique drop (a) Show that the seal area is designed to meet the pertinent provisions of 10 CFR Part 71.
(b) Show that the closure design will meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71 when the package contents is dewatered waste product not capable of compressing 30% upon impact.
4.
Provide an appendix to your cover letter which lists (tabulates) all the supplements referenced by the Certificate of Compliance and identifies the section of the consolidated application that deals with each supplement.
