g CHANGE 1.
Revise Section 5.2 to state, "The TSC shall be activated at the Alert Emergency Classification level."
2.
Change " Nuclear Engineering Manager" in Section 5.4.8 to "Onsite Assessment Manager".
3.
Add a new Section 5.5, as attached.
4.
Renumber the remainder of the sections accordingly, i.e. Section 5.5, Technical Engineer, to 5.6; 5.6 to 5.7; 5.7 to 5.8, etc.
5.
Delete " technical engineering staff" from Section 5.7.1.
6.
Change Section 5.7.2 to 5.7.3 and add a new Section 5.7.2, which states "The Technical Engineering Staff, who are NOT assigned to other emergency functions, shall report directly to the TSC."

5.5 Onsite Assessment Manager 5.5.1 The primary Onsite Assessment Manager is the Nuclear Engineering Manager.
5.5.2 The alternate Onsite Assessment ! Laager is the Plant Nuclear Sys-tems Engineer.
5.5.3 The Onsite Assessment Manager, upon being informed that an Alert level emergency exists, shall proceed to the Technical Support Center (TSC).
5.5.4 The Onsite Assessment Manager's responsibilities and duties include, but are NOT limited to:
Directing the engineering assessment activities of the TSC.

Coordinating the engineering assessment activities of engineering support personnel from the NSSS vendor and the Architect Engineer, Ensuring that adequate mechanical, electrical, instrumentation c.
