50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.59, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to the licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the technical specifications for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 (Enclosure 1).
The proposed change requests changes to Tables 4.3-8 and 4.3-9 for units 1 and 2 to reflect the downscale failure alarms required by operating license conditions 2.C(18)a for unit 1 and 2.C(11)a for unit 2.
Justification to support the proposed change is also provided (Enclosure 2).
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 170.22, we have deter-mined the proposed amendment to be Class II for unit 1 and Class I for unit l
2.
No fees are being submitted because these changes are administrative in i
nature, the changes apply to two identical units on the same site, and are being submitted at the request / convenience of the NRC.
