Mr. Michael E. Powell E
Houston Lighting & Power Company P. O. Box 1700 c,
Houston, Texas 77001 9
Dear Mike:
As promised in our recent telephone conversation, I am enclosing the document list and suggested presentation outline for the meetings concerning plant backfill.
Current plans call for the Headquarters representatives (L. Heller and D. Gupta) to fly to Houston on March 29 and go directly to Bay City.
They plan on spending the morning of March 30 (Tuesday) touring the site and looking at what records you may identify as being located there.
They'll return to Houston tha't afternoon and spend all day Wednesday (March 31) looking at the records in Houston.
I think the suggested outline for the WCC presentation covers Thursday (April 1).
If more time is required beyond Thurs' day afternoon to answer questions, we will be prepared to continue on Friday (April 2) morning.
J. Tapia from Region IV is expected to join us in this review.
R. Landsman of Region III may also join the group.
My current plans call for me"to fly to Houston on March 31 to attend the WCC presento.tbi ois April 1.
I currently plan to leave Houston on the Friday afternoon flight to Baltimore. This will provide me with an opportunity to observe transition activities at your new location.
~
I will be putting out a meeting notice in the near future and will need-to know the location for the Houston activities.
If you have any questions or comments, give me a call.
Sincerely, r
Originalsigned byt Donald E. Sells, Pmject Manager
