The revised instructions for corpletion of fluclear fiaterial Transaction Reports, Forn DOE /t!PC-741, which were effective April 1,1981, recuf re reasured discard data to be input directly to !!!'itSS using the Forn 741.
Consecuently, the need for the renthly discard report to the NPC Pcgion I Office has been superseded. Accordingly, we are deleting License Condition 6.1 of Arendrent IPP-1 to your License flo. SNtt-368, effective irnediately.
De advised that we will shortly issue an addendum to the revised instructions which specify ti,0 intervals for discard reports.
Until that tire, you sFould subnit reports on a renthly basis to Ft'PSS.

6.3.1 Shippers' limit of error values on grams uranium and urantun-235 are less than 0.5% for each material type in each shipment.
6.3.2 Independent receiver measurements shall be made for the total element and isotope content with limit of error values less than 0.5% for each material type in each shipment.
6.3.3 Shipper-receiver differences are not statistically sionificant at the 95% confidence level for each line iten and for the total shipment.
