Enclosed is an addendum to IE Inspection Report Nos. 50-373/80-38 and

50-374/80-24 transmitted by our letter dated September 26, 1980. The
addendum consists of a Confirmatory Measurements Program sheet comparing
the results of analysis of beta and gamma emitters in a spiked liquid
sample supplied to you by the NRC Reference Laboratory in August 1981.
Please attach the addendum to your copy of our inspection report.
