Details of the proposed push button bypass of the degraded grid under-voltage relays were submitted by Reference (1). This manual push button will allow the operator to " bypass" or prevent operation of the degraded grid undervoltage mleys during start of reactor coolant and circulating water pumps.
IEEE 279-1971 and Branch Technical Position PSB-1 require that operation of this bypass feature be annunciated in the control roon.
Provide details on how your pm?osed design will meet these requirements.
