This letter is being issued to address potential confusion regarding the recent issuance of Revision 47 and the subsequent clarification submittal to Revision 43 of the Dresden Nuclear Power Station Security Plan. It was our intention that Revision 47, dated April 1993, be distributed prior to the subsequent re-issuance of Revision 43, dated September,1992. However, due to aoministrative error, the re-issue of Revision 43 preceded the issuance of Revision 47. The pages contained in the subsequent submittal to Revision 43 reflect the most current changes. The areas affected by both revisions are contained on page 8-2 and page 8-3. Please verify that section 8.4, Compensatory Measures, begins with "The Redundant Access Control System (RACS) and that the top of page 8-3 begins with "The Alternate Perimeter Alarm Reporting System (APARS).
