This refers to the routine announced inspection conducted by Mr. W. J. Wagner
of this office on June 7 through June 11, 1993 and June 28 through July 2,
'
1993, and by Mr. C.A. Clark of this office on June 28 through July 2,1993,
of activities authorized by NRC Operating License Nos. NPF-10 and NPF-15.
The results of this inspection were provided in discussions held with members
of your staff on June 11 and July 2, 1993.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed
inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No violations or deviations were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure

will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
