The purpose of, this letter is to-inform you as requested by NUREG-1394 'Section 3.6 of a change-to the Data Point Library for the 0yster Creek ERDS. The purpose of the change is to ' add a point to indicate whether the ERDS data is from the Replica Simulator or the' actual plant and, additionally, 'to revise the total.
