HEALTH AND SAFETY COUNCIL MEMBERSHIP, HVAC OPERATION (TAC L30548)
In accordance with your application dated April 29, 1993, and pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1227 is hereby amended to authorize the following changes:
1.
Revise the membership of the Health and Safety Council to replace the Vice President, Operations Division, with the Richland Plant Manager as Council Chair.
2.
Allow manual operation of the alpha air monitoring system during maintenance.
Accordingly, Condition S-1 is amended to include the date of April 29, 1993.
4 Due to a reorganization at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, we have reformatted your license by combining into one document the safety and safeguards license conditions.
In addition, those license conditions that have been complied with have been deleted.
If you have any questions about this document, please contact the Project Manager, Mary Adams, on (301) 504-2505.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
