signed original and ten (10) copies of Revision 11 replacement pages for the Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No.
1 Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).
The submittal reflects changes to the facility and procedures as described in the FSAR that were comnleted during the annual reporting period ending January 22, 1993.
To the best of our judgement and belief, this revision accurately presents changes made since the previous submittal necessary to reflect information and analyses submitted to the Commission or prepared pursuant to Commission requirements.
This revision includes:
Changes identified in the annual " Report of Facility Changes Tests and Experiments" which is being submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.59.
A change to the Quality Assurance Category (from Category 1 to Category 2) of temperature indicators TI-RW-110A & B.
These temperature indicators provide local indication for primary component cooling water heat exchangers.
A change to move the list of Quality Assurance Category 1
- systems, structures and components from the Quality Assurance Manual to the YSAR.
The change will make the list more accessible since the FSAR is referred to as a key source for design and licensing information.

change to delete the requirement for periodic part-stroke testing of each main steam isolation valve in accordance with Technical Specification Amendment No. 162.
