The one change you should note is that anti-siphon capability is part of the design of the RSW system on both the supply and return lines.

i We have not specified how this must be accomplished (e.g., vacuum breaker, air break). This can be determined by the COL applicant.

The unavailability of the pump trip / valve closure uses 1E-3 per demand for the anti-siphon function and addresses CCF of the isolation vaives, if you need further clarification of the ET please call m e.
