'The subject addendum is forwarded to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) as prescribed in the NRC approved August 1983 " Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3."
A copy of the addendum has also been forwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.
The temporary change presented in the addendum does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this plan.
The addendum contains " Safeguards Information" and must be protected under 10 CFR s73.21.
