VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT 1 1993 REFUELING OUTAGE INSERVICE INSPECTION
SUMMARY
REPORT Pursuar;t to the provisions of ASME Section XI, Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits the enclosed Inservice inspection Report for the North Anna Power Station Unit 1 1993 Refueling outage. This report is a summary of examinations performed during the outage for the second period of the North Anna Unit 1 second ten-year inservice inspection interval. The report consists of three attachments.
The first attachment, Form NIS-1, Owner's Report for Inservice Inspections, and the second attachment, Form NIS-2, Owner's Report of Repair and Replacement and the associated summaries, are provided pursuant to IWA-6220 of the 1983 Edition of ASME Section XI, Summer 1983 Addenda.
The third attachment provides the Evaluation Analysis of Examination Results pursuant to IWB-3125(b) of the 1983 Edition of ASME Section XI, Summer 1983 Addenda.
