The changes to the chapters above are primarily the resolution of the DFSER outstanding items and the June 10,1993 punch list items which are delineated in Attachment A and Attachment B, respectively. There are some changes associated with the continuing SSAR verification activity.
This amendment is comprised of both the familiar two column version and the reformatted single column version. Chapters 2,8,10,11,14 and portions of 19 are provided in the reformatted version.
