, - Questionnaire and State Responses Including Attachments - Reviewer Explanatory Comments
- - Review of Selected License Files h - Review of Selected Compliance Files The staff recommends that an interim visit be conducted in 12 months and that the next regular review be conducted in 24 months.
In the interim, it is recommended ~ that the State's enforcement action regarding Neutron Products be monitored closely. Neutron Products should be making significant progress in complying with State requirements, as expressed in the State's March 19,1991 letter, by mid-summer 1991. If Neutron Products fails to comply with any of the requirements spelled out in the State's letter, we should look for the State to take further action such as suspending licensed operations.
