HRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-395/93-09 In your May 18, 1993, letter you formally requested an extension of the response due date for Violation A identified in the subject report to 30 days following receipt of information pertaining to allowable containment leakage during refueling operation. Our June 1, 1993, letter to you confirmed the acceptability of your request.
The enclosure to this letter discusses using temporary sealants and other barriers to close containment penetration during refueling operation and-provides the information that you requested.
Please review this enclosure, and provide the information requested in our letter of April 21, 1993, concerning Violation A within 30 days of the date of this letter.
