REPORT N0. 50-395/93-09 Thank you for your letter of May 18, 1993, and your response dated May 21, 1993, to our Notice of Violation issued on April 21, 1993.
In your May 18 letter you formally requested an extension of the Violation A (395/93-09-01) response due date, until 30 days following receipt of requested information pertaining to allowable containment leakage during refueling operations. This extension was verbally granted by 'a prior telephone conver-sation between myself and Mr. R. Fow!kes of your organization on May 7,1993.
We have evaluated your May 21 response concerning Violation B (395/93-09-02),
and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the l
implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
