Two copies of each addendum are forwarded by this letter to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.
The temporary changes presented in the addenda do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this plan. The addenda contain " Safeguards Information" and must be protected under 10 CFR s73.21.
