WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION FOR A ONE-TIME EXEMPTION AND AMENDMENTS (TAC NOS. M82040 AND M82041)
By letter dated October 11, 1991, as supplemented July 31, 1992, Commonwealth Edison Company (CECO) submitted an application for a one-time exemption from the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix J, Section Ill.A.6(b) and an amendment requesting a change to Technical Specification surveillance requirement 4.6.1.2, regarding primary containment leakage testing.
By letters dated February 10, 1992, and March 18, 1993, CECO requested withdrawal of the above application.
The NRC staff considers CECO's requests withdrawn.
The Commission has filed the enclosed, " Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendments to facility Operating Licenses" with the Office of the Federal l
Register for publication.
