REQUEST FOR CHANGES TO CE HEMATITE FNMC PLAN During the past 2 years, Material Control and Accounting (MC&A) inspections conducted by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission at your Hematite facility have noted, as Inspector Follow-up Items, several inconsistencies within your MC&A program.
In particular, I refer to Inspector Follow-up Item Nos. 93-201-04, 92-202-04, 92-202-05, and 92-201-02. The recent-changes.to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan,-which were approved on May 21, 1993, have addressed the first and third items.
However,.the-remaining two items have not yet been addressed by proposed changes to the FNMC Plan.
In order to reach closure on these items, we are requesting that
.i you submit appropriate changes to the FNMC Plan within 60 days.
