We recently received the enclosed letter from a citizen criticizing, among other things, NRC and FEMA reports of the December 1991 emergency preparedness exercise for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station.
We will provide you a copy of our response, which is being prepared by NRC Region I.
Since it will address only NRC licensee-related exercise issues, we are also referring this citizen's letter to you for direct reply, as appro-priate, regarding State and local exercise issues within FEMA's purview.
If you would prefer instead to provide comments to us, we will see that they are forwarded promptly to the respondent.
