Dear Sirs:
Defueled Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Force Training and Oualification Plan By letter dated June 17, 1993, Portland General Electric Company (PCE) submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission the Proposed Defueled Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Plan, Topical Report PCE-1058.
In that letter, PCE stated that the Proposed Defueled Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Force Training and Qualification Plan would be submitted under separate cover. Attachment I to this letter is a copy of the Proposed Trojan Nuclear Plant Security Force Training and Qualification Plan (Defueled Condition), Topical Report PCE-1059.
Please note that the Proposed Security Force Training and Qualification Plan is not cor.sidered to contain Safeguards Information and as such, need not be withheld from public disclosure.
