REVISIONS TO RADIOLOGICAL CONTINGENCY & EMERGENCY PLAN (TAC N0. L30553)
Due to the recent reorganization at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, we have also reorganized the format of your License SNM-1097.
It now contains, in one document, safety and safeguards license conditions. Although your license is being amended to reflect changes only in the safety conditions, for your convenience, we are reissuing the complete document at this time.
Future amendments will include only the applicable portions of the document being changed (safety or safeguards).

In accordance with your application dated May 5, 1993, and pursuant to Part 70 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1097 is hereby amended to authorize revisions to your Radiological Contingency &
Emergency Plan. Accordingly, License Condition S-1 of the Safety Conditions is revised to include the date of May 5, 1993. All other conditions of this l
license shall remain the same.
As mentioned above, enclosed is the complete License SNM-1097, Amendment 30, in a new format, which incorporates changes to the safety conditions. Also l
enclosed is a copy of the Safety Evaluation Report which includes the l
Categorical Exclusion.
