Dear Mr. MacDonald:
This refers to your letter dated April 28, 1993, requesting additional information for your review of the renewal of Certificate of Compliance No.
9222 for the Model No.14-215 shipping package.
To address your request for additional information the following document-revisions have been made:

STD-02-077 was revised to. provide a
detail of the i
modification of.the primary lid gasket at the vent port passage.
To address the use of the optional 1-1/4" x 5 threads per inch Acme type ~
screw threads on the ratchet binder, Appendix 2.10.3 of the Safety Analysis Report was revised to require a minimum of 125,000 psi tensile yield stress for the Acme thread bolt material. Drawing No. STD-02-077~
was revised to require the minimum tensile yield strength of-125,000 ps.

Section 8.2 of the Safety Analysis Report was. revised to specify that a leak test will be performed whenever gaskets are replaced.
Enclosed are eight copies of the Safety Analysis Report and Drawing No.'STD-02-077 which contain the revisions described above.
