(a) Amendment No. 11 to Facility License No. NS-1 In accordance with reference (a), the following information is hereby submitted:

Status of Facility:

SAVANNAH continues to lie quietly at her moorings.

Routine maintenance is performed on a daily basis.

No major problems have been detected.

b)

Results of the Annual Radiation Surveys and Monitoring Static Dosimeter Readings:

(See Enclosure 1).

c)

Results of the Semi-Annual Environmental Sample Analysis Survey:

(See Enclos.ure 1).

d)

Results of Quarterly Intrusion Alarm Checks:
