ANNUAL UPDATE OF AUXILIARY BUILDING EMERGENCY LIQUID CLEAN-UP SYSTEM, SYSTEM DESCRIPTION (TAC M84126)

Your letter of July 8,1992, (Reference 1) forwarded for NRC review an annual update to the System Description of the Auxiliary Building Emergency Liquid C'iean-up System. This update, Revision 10 to the system description, included minor revisions to the operations of the Auxiliary Building Emergency Liquid Clean-up System. These revisions included provisions for transferring water to and from the Borated Water Storage tank, and the use of high integrity containers in the Auxiliary Building Emergency Liquid Clean-up System.

The NRC staff has completed its review of Revision 10 to the System Description of the Auxiliary Building Emergency Liquid Clean-up System and we have no questions or comments. We have determined that Revision 10 to the System Description of the Auxiliary Building Emergency Liquid Clean-up System does not constitute an unreviewed safety question and that the activities described fall within the bounds of the NRC staff previously_ issued Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (Reference 2).
