NRC CONCURRENCE FOR CP&L TO PROCEED WITH POWER ASCENSION ON BRUNSWICK UNIT 2 This letter documents our telephone discussion on May 14, 1993 in which the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) concurred with the Carolina Power and Light (CP&L) Company's determination that CP&L may proceed in the Unit 2 Power Ascension Plan to the 35 percent power level.
