B. Earnest of this office on i May 3-7, 1993. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for c your Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with you and those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report. Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. These areas included selective examination of procedures anc representative records, interviews with personnel, anc coservations by the inspector. The results of this inspection are documented in the enclosea report. The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguaras Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorizea individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amenaed. Therefore, the material will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
