DOCKET N05. 50-369 AND 50-370 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter of March 31, 1993, which transmitted Revision 47 to the McGuire Physical Security Plan.
Our review of the changes has found most of them to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)
Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
Two sections of this change. 5.3.1.5 on page 5.3-3 and 15.3.6 on pages 15.3-4 and 5, dealing with access control hardware, have been referred to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review since they have policy implication.
You will be advised of our deliberations on this matter by separate correspondence.
The enclosure to your letter is being withheld from public disclosure because it contains Safeguardt Information and must be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 73.21.
