In my cover letter dated April 30,1993, I failed to make reference to Open Item 7.1.3.3-1, Confirmatory Item 7.2.8-1 and COL Action Item 7.2.8-1 all of which were included in that -
transmittal. In addition, I inadvertently omitted Open Item 7.2.6-3 in both the cover letter and as an enclosure. A discussion of closure of this item is enclosed.
Please provide a copy of this transmittal to Jim Stewart.
