-l This application for an amendment to the James A. FitzPatrick Technical Specifications proposes to revise the Surveillance Requirements and-associated Bases for the emergency diesel generator fuel oil transfer system j
and the emergency diesel generator air starting compressors to clarify that testing of these~ systems / components can be conducted either concurrently, or independently of the monthly emergency diesel generator tests. The proposed changes' also clarify the Bases for emergency diesel generator fuel
.f quality testing.
l The proposed change to the Technical Specifications is Attachment I to this
