FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL (TAC NO. L 30549)
The purpose of this letter is to authorize changes to your currently approved Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan which were submitted by letters dated April 30 and May 19, 1993.
We have reviewed the changes and have determined that they are acceptable.
Accordingly, we are revising License Condition 1.1 of Amendment SG-1 to your License SNM-33 to incorporate these FHMC Plan changes.
Condition 1.1 is hereby revised, effective immediately, to read as follows:
1.1 The licensee shall adhere to the commitments in Part I, Chapters 1.0 through 9.0, and Part II, Chapters I through 5, of its Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan dated January 1986 as revised by pages i
dated June, 1987, May, 1990, April, 1993, and May 1993.
Future revisions to this Plan shall be made in accordance with 10 CFR 70.32(c) or 70.34.

2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure, unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.23.
